i dont really understand ppl who talking about roles, my self enjoying playing some heroes and i dont care about lane i play, its just about enjoyment
i thought im better mid than safe/off but by stats i have same performance no matter what, so i believe its just about hero u play not the lane.

offlane is hardest lane to play, lul
67% times u have pudge or mirana pos 4, and always enemy has better matchup
but well as i said its about heroes, if u play underlord, its braindead.
I am offlaner and yes offlaner is the most braindead role since they added you a pos4 support, your only job is to make sure enemy carry has horrible lane and after that you are initiator/frontliner. So pick heroes who can trade well, thats why before NS nerfs if he isnt baned and you didnt picked him at high MMR your 4 teammates would report you at the end of the match.
Offlane is ez. Now that duo lanes are more prevalent its soo ez. Offlane heroes just need their 6 to get their power spike to dominate the lane and geneeally their lane dominators as well. Just dont feed and your good.
^Thats the problem xD . Im the type of guy that doesnt really play like 5-6 games per day . I play like 2-3 average . And 1 warmup and 2 ranked . If i warmup carry and play offlane , i perform a bit off . Similarly if i warmup offlane and get carry i straight up go 1-5 in 10 mins .
play 1 role,even 2 roles are too much,im good at mid,but a 6k mid player would destroy me

i think playing effective offlane is the key factor in an even match
and to play proper role as offlaner , your pos 4 support should understand that he should stick to harassment and not go focusing on roaming around thinking that its good to leave that offlaner alone to boost his xp/minute and then u will have another carry in team
I think the top combo offlaners i have ever phased in safe lane would be:
Centaur + Tiny (the toss/stun combo)
Mars + ES (2 stuns and back line reach against drow/ ranged carries)
Lion + AM (No mana policy)
etc..
Such combos force the carry either to go and abandon the lane and quickly loose tower, or struggle in having low gold / minute during lanning stage
I'm assuming you mean AM/Lion as safelane combo. It's trash, both are super weak laners.
The offlaner shouldnt pick a hero that relies on mana when he sees that lion is picked, so that ''mana burn'' combo only makes sense if the enemy is bad. what are you going to do if the guy picks LC and just stands in lane with max passive, he doesnt care about mana
err is like i mean dont throw the roles but if you warmup for offlane play offlane(queue offlane) if warmup for safelane q safelane

I have this thing in my mind since like 4-5 months in which i was confused whether i should go offlane or safelane . So i thought it would be better to just spam one role . So i have been doing that for 3 months i believe and now the results are okaish at best .
I like playing offlane but i generally have no idea what to do there . I randomly die and feed and other games i have more impact than the carry .
But my carry is stable . I can literally (no joke) go 0 5 at 10 mins with brown boots and still give a good match with 550+ gpm . But its not like the flashy carry everyone wants . I struggle teamfighting with carry cuz and often require to outfarm enemy shitton to win. So any suggestions ? And dont give suggestions if u dont know ty (dedicated to benao or whoever that guy is)
