Adaptive Strike (agility)
- Base damage is 100;
- x2.5 for agility being higher than strength;
- spam Eblade on the hero prior... 40% more damage;
- cast range 900 (blink is 1200)

Followed by waveform:
- 300 damage + 40% from eblade

Damage from above: 350 + 420 = 770 nuke-shot against squishy-ish heroes before even right-clicking.

Well, its a good question, and i will answer by parts.
SNIPER: I myself like playing sniper, i play him a lot and the only matchup i hate more than morph is fucking storm spirit.
Basically sniper hates any hero that can reach him and blast his life to hell in 2 seconds. Morph can do that very well, besides he can stall sniper for a long time because of high armor( agi). So he is a mix of "i will stall your damage, and when i reach you, you dead", so he forces sniper to do bkb to have at least a chance to survive.And any hero that makes sniper do bkb, is good against him.

PA: I myself dont play phantom assassin, but i do have some knowledge about her, because my friend loves this hero.
morph is VERY GOOD against pa mostly for the same reasons he is against sniper. PA is good against phisical damage but she is horrendous vs magic damage as she has like zero str, (same reason Zeus is good against her too), best build for morph vs pa is shotgun morph, he kills her in one combo most of the cases in mid game, she can only fight with bkb, and even when she fights, morph just DO NOT DIE because he has like 50 armor from agi, so he can stall her in agi form, and that my friend, is bad news for pa.
In late game things get a little bit better for pa, as she doesnt get one shot killed by shotgun, but now she has to kill him, but he has
in-build escape, and her window of bkb is gone, without bkb she is food. Basically mid game she is food, as he can one shot her, and she cant kill him because of armor. Late game its a bit better, but she is still unable to kill him effectively, and morph late game doesnt even need shotgun to kill her anymore.

PA can still handle Morph
You don't want to build MKB and Silver Edge as Morph when PA gets BKB.

If you mean PA can handle Morph better than sniper, i agree. But PA cant handle a good Morph at all.And morph has a ton of magical damage, doesnt need MKB or Silver edge, only in late game. Like i said, in late game PA do a little better vs Morph, but Silver edge/MKB
morph isnt even bad for bkb PA, after bkb expires, PA is food.

also morphling at full agi has like 50+ armor making it hard for sniper and pa to do the damage required to kill him.

Daggers and bullets go through water

PA does nothing to morphs 3875415784 armor while he has magical burst dmg
Sniper is fragile, morph has gap close and can rather reliably kill sniper while sniper offers nothing against morph

Pa wont be able to do anything against a morph with half a brain

Sniper will die from morph easily too cuz u know 9999 damage

good morphs buys blink dagger against these bois and really once they do get a blink and eblade as sniper and pa ur only hope is to get sb and get the fuck out
