Pick strong support or core heroes that can “solo carry” the game.
For support - dark willow/grimstroke/shaman are the best choices considering how absurd their laning prowess is. Not to mention their huge teamfight presence which can single-handedly win teamfights.
For carry- pl/tb/luna are the best choices because they are extremely fast farmers and push very fast.
For mid - qop/lina/invoker are the good heroes to grind mmr with, its because they scale well later on because 3k games tend to last longer.
For offlane - lc/wk/weaver/mirana, they can harass easily and win the lane and are excellent right-click heroes too.

what about warlock. he can fit in well to heal carry during lanning and then transform into absolute monster in team fights and push
Practice efficiency . Trust me legends cant even lh properly , and have no idea when to jungle when to lane when to gank , as for sup , where to ward and why , they just do it on instinct , impulse . This is something that if u dont understand urself , it wont be useful to u , u gotta understand these things by urself not just leave it to luck . A lil hint , practice in lobby without heroes or demo .
Other factors like skill or shit , many legends are can be more SKILLED then me , cuz many times i just lose games cuz i misclicked my spells or blinked into their team as a mistake , but im more efficient and my mistakes are covered by my item , level efficiency .
A mid hero that can tie/win mid and put pressure on all lanes early would be my suggestion. A safelane carry cant control the pace of the game and supports are limited by the team. Of all the lanes mid are atleast 1on1 so its more consistent.
Long term any role works.
PLay meta heroes, stick to a role primary but be good and updated what to pick in 2 other roles if need be.
Spam heroes to learn more about the game than to learn and unlearn different hero abilities and interactions over n over again.
Focus on optimal farming patterns. Focus on tilting enemies like killing courirs, winning lane and taunting, doing a qucik rosh, killing the same enemy hero over n over again, buying orchid and nullifier and tilting their carry buy solo killing him 2-3 times in semi-late , late game.
Basically its not that hard if you get your shit right and try to win every game.
@OP : Decide on which heroes and role/s you gonna spam and let us know here, we can give you better tips particularly on those heroes and roles and you will attain ancient in no time.
make your team have good picks and threat them to ruin if they dont listen. Pick techies when they flame while picking phase.
get a new id > get 100 games with techies > play ranked > throw all the calibration > get Herald...
