i used to think if i start at 3k it will be nice so i created multiple accounts to smurf and get that 3k or more in callibration but i was callibrated 2k everytime after trying it out for many years i thought of using a single account on which i lost many of my ranked matches but slowly i learned and got up from 2.7k to 1.7k and now im 3k i used to tilt rage and feed but now its a bit lower ...so how many more matches till i reach a high skill bracket i got 55.16% winrate in ranked games in last 6 months and this month its around 51% ...should i spam or just enjoy the game?

    Doubt

it will take over 2000 games to reach that if you stay at this win rate

U barely have 1k games , u need about 500-800 more games to get basic things . Dont spam hero dont rush , play each hero 4-5 times and the one who suits u the most u master him means u play 20-30 games unranked . U repeat this every time meta changes and u get 60% winrate in ranked .

If you win/lose approximately 25 mmr per game, and a 55% win rate equates to 10 net wins over 100 games, it would take 400 games to gain 1000 mmr.

gonna learn slow and steady i guess

i have like 1200 solo ranked games and won 3300 mmr in two years and a half.
This is what 55% winrate gives you

                            Ritsu x boni = 0 IQ

Too lazy to calculate for you but if your win rate is steady you will take a very long time because you have 50.73% ranked win rate, you need to have a very good win rate within 400 matches to gain lots of mmr.

                                It’s not a difficult calculation...

                                Approximate games required = desired mmr gain / ((win % - loss %) * 25)

                                Ritsu x boni = 0 IQ

MMR will naturally come with improving as a player.
Focus on learning the game and heroes. Think about what went wrong and what was good after a game. Critically rewatch one or two games if you feel like you don't know what to improve on. (Spoiler: Rewatching just one game will make you realize how much room you have to improve. You'll always look way worse than you thought you were).
Spamming heroes or roles might improve your mmr in the short term but you won't be a 4k player but only a 4k carry or even worse only 4k with one specific hero. One patch or a few games were you don't get the role you want and you'll lose a lot again.
Plus, people can definitely tell whether or not you got there by role/hero spamming. The decisionmaking and movement makes it very clear who has an overall game understanding and who doesn't due to inexperience in all roles.
4k is still low enough on the ladder to reach it by just naturally learning the game without the need to specify. And a little bonus: As soon as you decide to specify in a few heroes and one role, you'll have an insane winrate as your game understanding will be way above your respective opponents.
