The distance between points A and B is equal to the square root of squared differences.
P1 = (x1, y1, z1)
P2 = (x2, y2, z2)
distance(P1, P2) = sqrt((x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2 + (z2 - z1)^2)
Once you've calculated this, you'll need to account for tension. If you take a piece of string that has the length equal to the distance between the two points, you'll realize the tension is pretty high. To reduce it, just make sure the length of the string is 10% longer than the distance between the two points.
String is a very important thing,
Rope is thicker, but string is quicker.
(The meaning of this is obscure,
that's why the higher the fewer)

Hi, I was wondering how long a piece of string is and how long string i need to reach from point A to point B.
I'm not asking about a normal string, preferly high length string or very high length string.
Here is a picture of a string.

Thanks.
