I wonder if Valve has something similar planned for the updated matchmaking system. They recently rolled out the new "Trust" matchmaking system for CSGO which takes a players behaviour in the past in Counterstrike and also in other steam games into account for matchmaking purposes. Since they're going to be reworking Dota MMR system its possible they'll add something like this to it too.
