Arc for me is the easier Meepo and a poor man's Tinker. My tips for using him is to be aggresive on your lane opponent when you hit lvl 6, since if you're fast enough with this combo (Ult - 1st - tab - 1st - 4th - tab - 4th - hit [magnetic field if necessary]) then you can kill almost anyone not tanky enough with that. And since most of the opponents I've met mostly didn't know how his 1st skill works, most of them will probably run away and that just makes things easier since your 1st skill only works when there're alone.
When you get your midas, look at the condition of the battle. If it looks like a smooth game = buy maelstorm and BoT, if it looks like you need to win a couple of teamfights, skip the BoT and try to coordinate with your teammates on ganks and pickoffs. Late game try getting a Vyse and/or Bloodthorn. Try practicing tabbing the item usage with your ult in bots first, when you feel you can comfortable switch from one spell and item without stacking the item cooldown, then you're gucci. After that, you'll win by diving their fountain and killing their heroes under the protection of magnetic field because that shit is OP.

after i reach 4k im planning on learning arc warden (spamming him), but i dont rly know how to play the hero. So i was wondering if anyone could give me an in depth guide on how to play the hero. Anything is helpful!
